"2024-We had a wonderful experience with Amee. Kind and helpful service. 2025- An update, my kiddo unfortunately had a small fender bender. State Farm and Jordon with Ken Rose's office have been AMAZING throughout the entire claims process! They have followed up every step of the way, recognize my voice when they reach out and have expressed kindness and care each time I have spoken with them. "Left a few years ago for what I thought was a better price. Should have listened to my gut. Went to another carrier who clearly did not care about their insureds.
